You have 24/7 access to our Live Time Tracker. This allows you to see exactly when an Associate completes a task or logs significant progress, including the duration spent. Your tracker also includes a real-time summary of your remaining hours, so you always know exactly where you stand for the current billing period.

Yes. While we prioritize Asynchronous Communication to protect your focus, you may request a Catch-Up call via our booking link. Appointments are subject to availability and the duration is simply deducted from your monthly Capacity Block.
