You have 24/7 access to your account's Time Tracker. This portal shows exactly when our team completes a task, including the exact duration spent. It also displays a real-time summary of your remaining hours for the current monthly billing period so you always know exactly where you stand.
Can I book a Catch-Up call with Lisa, and does it count toward my monthly hours?
Yes. While we prioritize asynchronous communication to protect your focus and ours, you can book a Catch-Up call with Lisa. Because these calls require our live production time, the meeting duration is simply deducted from your available monthly hours.
