1) What happens if I use up all my maximum service hours for the billing period but still have more tasks for your team?

No problem! When this happens, you can either choose to...
A) Deduct the excess service hours from the next billing period's allocation; or
B) Get billed separately for the excess service hours at the end of the current billing period.

2) I have unused prepaid hours from my current Prepaid Plan. If I switch to Auto Pay now, what happens to my unused prepaid hours?

As long as your unused prepaid hours have NOT EXPIRED YET at the time you signed the Auto Pay onboarding form, we'll credit said unused prepaid hours to your Auto Pay Service Plan. These hours act as a buffer if you exceed the monthly maximum hours allocation under the Auto Pay Service Plan in the coming months. To start, we recommend signing up for the BRONZE PLAN with 10 maximum service hours per month. If you exceed the 10 hours, we'll deduct from your unused prepaid hours each month until they're all consumed. It's a great value for you to enjoy having a team always at the ready to help you in your business --- and the prepaid hours from your former prepaid plan didn't go to waste. Win-win! 🚀

3) How do I check how many service hours I have left for the current billing period?

You'll receive weekly reports every Friday, detailing your account status, including total incurred hours for the billing period and the next billing date for autocharging your payment details.

4) Can I upgrade my Auto Pay Service Plan in the future if I need more service hours?

Yes, you can. We'd love to do more work for you! 🙌 Please email admin@8point8.net if you wish to upgrade, and we'll send you the service upgrade form link.

5) What if I don't use up all the services hours for the month's billing period, will they rollover to the next?

No, the unused hours do not roll over. As your team, we want to help you stay productive and prevent procrastinating on your success goals. In the past, we've had clients under the Prepaid Plan who only kept renewing their plan but never using up their service hours knowing that they'll just roll over anyway. So, they end up procrastinating on their projects and not delegating tasks to us. 😢 But, after they did switched to Auto Pay, they assigned tasks to our team regularly knowing that their unused hours for the billing period do not roll over anymore. It really helped remove the procrastination and we were so happy that the Auto Pay plan's structure helped our clients became more committed to their task delegation goals. As a result, our team became more productive for them too. 😊

6) What if I do not have a lot of work to give your team anymore, can I downgrade my Diamond, Gold or Silver Plan to Bronze?

Yes, absolutely. You can change your service plan as needed. We understand that some business needs are seasonal and we want to be flexible for you. ✨For example, some months you'll need more than 50 hours of service. Other months, you can efficiently get by with 10 hours of our team's support.
