What else should I know about working with the team?
FAQ Guide
Navigating the workflow from start to finish is easier when you know exactly what to expect from our team. The following breakdown addresses common inquiries regarding our business hours, communication methods, and how we handle adjustments once a task is completed.
Phase 1:
Before You Assign
Business Hours
We work Mon–Fri (PHT) / Sun–Fri (ET). Your tasks move forward while you sleep.
Understanding Lead Time
This is the total time from request to delivery, including setup, drafting, and quality checks.
Setting a Time Budget
You can specify a maximum number of hours for any task to help us prioritize the most impactful work.
Urgent Requests
Standard turnaround is 2 business days. Rush tasks are reviewed case-by-case to maintain quality.
Phase 2:
During the Process
Sending Instructions
Use your Trello board. This keeps files and communication in one organized place.
Avoiding Delays
Delays are usually caused by missing files, lack of tool access, or slow responses to clarifying questions.
Supporting the Team
Providing clear goals and all necessary assets upfront allows us to hit the ground running immediately.
Progress Updates
The team will check in within 2 business days to confirm we have everything needed to proceed.
Phase 3:
After Completion
Requesting Changes
If you aren't 100% satisfied, reply directly to the Trello card. We will work with you to make it right.
Providing Feedback
Comment directly on the task card. This keeps the project history clear for the entire team.
Final Deliverables
Final outputs are delivered back to the original task card for easy tracking and downloading.
