1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing 8point8 Virtual Assistance Services to support your business. These terms and conditions apply when you purchase additional Prepaid Hours (Top-up) for our team's services. By using this service, you agree to follow these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

2. Non-Refundable Payment and Expiry Date of Prepaid Hours

Payments for Top-up Prepaid Hours are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please ensure to consume your prepaid hours by or before their expiry date.
 

3. Lead Times

Our team has set lead times for task completion. You can find these lead times at www.8point8.net/leadtime. Please consider these when you submit work requests.
 

4. Handling Urgent Tasks

If you have an urgent task, our team will do their best to respond and complete it. However, it depends on team availability and may not always be possible if we don't get at least 2 business days' notice. Please also note that some tasks require more time to complete than the 2 business days minimum lead time. It is for this reason that we highly recommend that you submit tasks ahead of time to avoid delays and rushed work from our team. From our experience, working on a rush results to a higher risk for human error, less time for testing, quality checking, and trouble-shooting (if applicable).
 

5. Access to Apps and Platforms

You need to provide clear instructions and access to all the apps or platforms needed for the tasks. Delays can happen if login details don't work or if the instructions need more explanation. Our team will communicate with you to resolve any issues and do the tasks to the best of our ability. Your help with this is much appreciated.

9. Code of Conduct

We expect respectful behavior in all interactions and communications. Our team can terminate services if there's disrespectful behavior, like using offensive language or harassment, from you or your representative(s).

10. Adherence to Initial Service Agreement with 8point8 Team
By signing this online form, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the initial service agreement terms. These terms shall remain in effect with the extended validity corresponding to the increased number of prepaid hours purchased.
 

Upon submitting payment for Prepaid Hours for Virtual Assistance Services with 8point8 Virtual Assistant Team, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
