1. Introduction

Welcome to 8point8’s Super Sidekick 1:1 Consulting Service. By using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Consulting Services

We offer personalized 1:1 consulting services for online coaches, course creators, and online business owners. The Super Sidekick 1:1 Consulting Service is designed to provide guidance, brainstorming sessions, and personalized support during the video conference call(s) scheduled by YOU, the Client. It is important to note that the Super Sidekick 1:1 Consulting Service is solely for providing guidance and advice, and it does not include any virtual assistance services or any other support outside the scheduled video conference session(s).

3. Booking and Payment

To book a consultation, you must provide accurate information and submit your payment accordingly. Payment is required in advance to confirm your consultation session.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation schedule at no extra charge provided you inform Lisa Sabala through email at info@8point8.net at least 2 Business Days before the scheduled time of your upcoming consultation call. If you cannot attend your scheduled consultation session due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you have the option to reschedule it one more time. However, if you miss the rescheduled appointment, you will forfeit the service without eligibility for a refund. We understand that life can throw unexpected challenges your way, and sometimes, you may be unable to attend the rescheduled appointment. We want to emphasize that when you secure a 1:1 time slot with us, it's not just your time; it's also time we've set aside for you, making it unavailable to other potential clients. Unfortunately, if you miss your call slot, it affects both your progress and the opportunity for others to benefit from our services. In such cases, regrettably, you will forfeit the service without eligibility for a refund. We're committed to making the most of your time and ours, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any information shared during consultations will be kept confidential to ensure your privacy and protect your sensitive business information. Our commitment to confidentiality means that we will not share, disclose, or use your information for any purpose beyond the scope of our consulting services, unless required by law.

6. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior must be exhibited throughout all consultation sessions. We expect all parties to engage respectfully during consultations. We reserve the right to terminate the video conference during consultation sessions in the event of disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to offensive language, harassment, or any conduct that disrupts the consultation. We reserve the right to terminate a consultation or refuse service if we deem it necessary due to inappropriate behavior or any other valid reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide guidance to the best of our abilities, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. After our consultation, the final decision regarding your business strategies and actions remains your responsibility. We will not be held liable for any results, whether positive or negative, that may arise from your implementation of our advice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to check this page on our website for the latest version at the time you are signing up and paying for the Super Sidekick 1:1 Consulting.
