Step 1: Submit your Client Intake Form

By submitting your information here, you'll help our team prepare to assist you with your project/task. The more details you provide, the better we can help you. Our goal is to make your week with us super productive.

Step 2: Payment Confirmation & Service Agreement

Please make sure that you've received a receipt for your payment and a copy of your signed Service Agreement in your email. If you haven't received these yet, please let us know immediately so we can resend them. For billing concerns, you may reach out to

This is the most important step to take! It is to celebrate small but significant wins in your business journey. Your Productivity Rush Week is going to be so amazing and we can't wait to help you plow through your business tasks together. Thank you again for booking us, Coach! We'll follow where you lead.

Here's what to expect...

  • On your scheduled Productivity Rush Week, you'll have dedicated support for up to thirty hours provided by Lisa Sabala and the 8point8 VA team.

  • You will have a high-value strategy consultation call with Lisa on Zoom a few days before on the first day of your scheduled Productivity Rush Week or on the first day of your service schedule. After the zoom call, it will be followed by project work with our VA team to cover the tasks you assigned to us.

  • We will provide you with a TOTAL OF THIRTY (30) HOURS of SERVICE to cover as much ground as possible with the course building checklist or project to-do list during your Productivity Rush Week.

  • To wrap up your Productivity Rush Week, we will send you a Comprehensive Report and a Continuity Report. Please note that the Comprehensive Report and the Continuity Report will be sent to you within 24-48 hours after the last day of your Productivity Rush Week. We'll work as fast as we can to submit our 30-hours worth of virtual assistance services.

  • Last but not the least, we'll give you download access to the Zoom Call replay video of your consultation call. You can rewatch it for future reference.

Q: What if I have corrections or revisions after my Productivity Rush Week?
A: We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the work that we do for you during your Productivity Rush Week. However, please note that any corrections or revisions that require additional time beyond the 30-hour Productivity Rush Week service will be considered a separate project. Don't worry though, you can either book another Productivity Rush Week or sign up for our Prepaid Plans to keep our team in your business for long-term.

Q: What if the correction I want after my Productivity Rush Week is very minor and will take less than 5 minutes to do?
Under special circumstances, we can definitely accommodate minor updates that only require a few minutes to do. Just reach out to us at and we'll take care of it for you. We do our best to respond to emails within a 2 business day turn around time or earlier. However, please note that major revision requests will be considered a separate project and may require additional fees.

Q: The correction I am requesting is because your team misinterpreted my instructions during the Productivity Rush Week. Can I have that revision done as a courtesy and free of charge?
Of course! We're happy to make any necessary changes to ensure your satisfaction. Just make sure that the instruction was originally provided to us prior to your Productivity Rush Week via your Intake Form, during the Strategy Call with Lisa or during the course of your Productivity Rush Week schedule through emails or the task management app agreed upon. We can easily access the Zoom call transcript or the video recording to confirm. But to avoid rework and revisions, we highly recommend that you provide us with clear and detailed instructions before or during your service schedule.

Q: How do I send my change request?
A: We will provide you with a link to a form in your comprehensive report. The form will ask for information about your instructions and the changes you'd like to make. Just fill it out and we'll take care of the rest!

Q: Is there a time limit to make change requests?
A: Yes, we ask that all change requests be sent to us within 7 days after the last day of your Productivity Rush Week service. This allo
ws us to promptly address any issues.
