What if I don’t use all 15 hours?

Your plan includes 15 hours to be used within the current monthly billing period. We prioritize your biggest tasks so every hour counts. Please be mindful that unused hours do not rollover to the next month. This encourages both of us to be productive. The more tasks you send, the better at delegation you become!

What if I need more hours?

Your monthly plan is $330 USD for 15 hours. If your business needs more support within the current month, extra hours are billed at a lower hourly rate of $15/hour USD. Equivalent hourly rates available in AUD and GBP too.

Can I cancel anytime? 

After the minimum 3 months commitment, yes. Most clients stay because they can’t imagine running without us. Others end their contract because they only needed us for a project basis (like a course launch) and then return the next season for the prep work.

How do we communicate? 

We work inside your preferred tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Superthreads, etc.). We also offer a FREE Trello board set-up as part of your initial sign-up. Regardless of the app used, the common denominator is that clear communication keeps us fast and effective.

How do I know the virtual assistant assigned to me understands my audience or industry?

This is what the 8point8 team approach solves. You won’t get a single, general VA. You’ll be supported by a team of VAs, each with specialized skills (design, course building, writing). We are experienced in supporting coaches, small businesses and content/course creators, so we already understand your language and your audience’s needs.

Since your team is based in the Philippines, how do we handle the time difference if I’m in a different country?

We see the time difference as an advantage! Your team works while you sleep. We aim to complete most tasks overnight or during the day, so when you wake up, your inbox is clean and your tasks are DONE. If you want to set a strategy call or catch-up session with Lisa on Zoom, you can request a schedule. In fact, we encourage a monthly or bi-monthly check-in if you have availability.

I've never delegated before and I'm not sure what to ask for. Can you help? 

Absolutely. This is common! As part of your onboarding, we help you identify the tasks that are the biggest time drains for you right now. We provide the FREE Trello board set-up specifically to give you an easy system for dropping in tasks and instructions, making delegation simple.

What precautions do you take to protect my private client data and business passwords?

Your trust is our priority. Our VAs are trained in security and sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Instead of sharing your primary password, we recommend adding our team as an admin or authorized user to your apps or platforms. This way, we will be logging in with our own accounts and you won’t have to expose your actual passwords. We treat your business like our own and we keep your info safe!
